Ahh that feeling…

Today I picked up a pencil and started drawing again. Even though it was just for a few minutes, nothing could distract me in that moment. The feeling of the lead glide against the finely ground wood was a feeling within a feeling. Too difficult to describe but perfect nonetheless. It made me realize how much I miss it and made me question why I even put it off in the first place…so with that, I will continue this endeavor and see where it takes me through the night. Perhaps I will have something to show for it in the morning.
